Have you ever listened with your heart? Seen something in your mind? Felt something in your gut? Or known without knowing how you know? These are what I call "all the feels"; feel-see, feel hear, feel-feel, feel-know. These are the subtle yet profound tools for deep intuitive listening.

Embracing your energetic self and intuitive nature.

When you think of yourself, do you just think of your physical being? Is there more to you than just blood and bone? What is that feeling inside you that pulls you toward somethings in life and away from others? Where do you get your navigation from? Your likes, dislikes, skills, talents, and desires? Do you even associate yourself with your energy or intuition?

We are both physical entities and energetic entities - united in human form. Our physical body is steered by its control ceneter the brain, and our energetic self is guided by intuition, our internal GPS. We all have it. We've all felt it from time to time, that little voice that says stop, you forgot your phone, or don't go in there, something feels off, or call your friend right now, they could use a little pick-me-up.

The physical body explores the physical world through physical senses. Our energetic body does the same with our "feel senses". We all know how to use our physical senses. But using your "feel" senses, that is something we just assume you are born with or not.

We are all born with the ability to tap into our Intuitive GPS with our feel senses. We just need to know how.

First: Embrace Your Energetic Self:

  • Acknowledge there is more to you than the physical. (Dreams, goals, and desires aren't physical) - Claim your energetic self, and it's existance.

  • Get quiet. Your intuitive GPS voice is there; if you can't hear it, it may just be that the volume of life is too loud. Exploring nature, mediation or just a quiet walk outdoors are simple ways to turn down the volume of life to "feel hear" your intuition GPS.

  • Be with your breath. The breath is the connector from body to mind. Calm, steady, control your breath, calm, steady, control your mind. Especially if the volume of thoughts is too loud.

  • Play! Explore and notice if there is an invisible zone around you. A zone you do not want others to cross unless welcomed or invited? Could this be the edge of your aura or energetic body? Let's play "yes and..." -what if your energetic body were 3-6' taller and wider than your physical body? What does that feel like? Do you feel more of the world around you?

The energetic body loves trust, play, and curiosity. The physical body needs rules, structure, and protection. Take some physical/ energetic inventory. Notice what your percentage is of those energies operating in you right now. Are you 50% trust; 50% Protection? Or is it more like 80% protection and structure and 20% curiosity? We are vibrational beings. Play with your vibration. Play with your percentages. What happens if you trust more and protect less? What does that do to you mentally, physically, emotionally? If something changed within you, what was it? Did you physically change or energetically shift?

Your authentic vibrational signature is static-free. You are your own radio station of magic. Tuning into it may take a little work, but once aligned, it becomes crystal clear.

Cultivating Your Original Senses.

In yoga, it is said that the 5 senses pull the mind off focus. Steer it into the "Maya" or illusion of the separation of the physical world. The reason I say illusion of separation is that, according to Yogic Philosophy, Hermeticism, Buddhism, Vedanta Philosophy, and Quantum Entanglement, to name a few, we are all one. One energy, one source trapped in the illusion of division. "All the feels," I believe, are our original senses, our original senses that come from our energetic self.

The physical self is finite, transient. The energetic self is infinite, everlasting. Ironically, it is our physical senses that we attach to. What we forget, are not taught, and secretly know, isthat we are infinite. We are just on a detour in this physical skin suit, parading around, temporarily convinced it is an everlasting reality.

So how do we remember? How do we get back to playing with, practicing, and honing our original senses?

Try these practices:

  1. Yes and...: Simply trusting the quiet, calm voice in your head. Say yes and follow through with a visual or memory that pops into your mind out of nowhere. Notice where you feel energy in your body when you are happy, sad, scared, or excited. Trust what comes up.*

  2. Journaling: Write down your thoughts and feelings without editing. This clears mental clutter and reveals your inner truth. Explore what synchronicities pop up in your life. Trust they are there for a reason.

  3. Digital detox: Get outside and turn off the noise. Nature never forgets to breathe. Just being in nature reminds your body and soul to regulate, quiet down, and listen.

  4. Find a safe community: Find a safe community where you can practice "all your feels."

  5. Test yourself - when you get an intuitive nudge, follow through. Play. Get curious. See where the curiosity and playful strand leads you.

Stillness nurtures your intuition and creativity. It is in this sacred space that you begin to magnetize your light, drawing in the energy and inspiration you need to shine fully.

Nourishing Your Spirit: Simple Rituals Fill Your Energetic Cup

We know what to do when our bellies are empty, or we are dehydrated, exhausted or lethargic. We eat, drink water, rest or move to bring balance and nourish our physical depletions. But when our energetic body is depleted, what do we do? How do we nourish our energetic self?

Here are some rituals to try:

  • Morning gratitude: Start your day by listing three things you are grateful for. This shifts your focus to abundance and joy. Choose something new each day - get specific.

  • Creative expression: Paint, dance, write, or sing. Let your creativity flow without judgment.

  • Movement: Gentle yoga, walking, or stretching awakens your body and releases stagnant energy. But the big one, dance. Dance your butt off to music you know or don't know. Fill your heart through movement.

These rituals are acts of self-love. They remind you that you are worthy of light and happiness. When you nurture your energy, your inner radiance becomes a magnet for others.

Radiance: Daily Habits to Sustain Your Inner Glow

Radiance is not a fleeting moment; it is a way of being. It's a way of tuning into your authentic original vibration or radio station and getting the signal clear. To keep your dial tuned into your authenticity, integrate simple habits into your daily life that keep your spirit vibrant and your heart open.

Try incorporating:

  • List of Joy: Each morning, create a list of 3 things that bring you joy. That tickles your insides and makes you happy. Choose three new ones daily. Stretch the boundaries of your Joy.

  • Put Joy into Action: From your joyful list, what is one thing you can actively do today to bring that vibration alive in you?

  • Open your channel: Ask yourself, what will I give to others today, what am I open to receiving? Your energy body is alive, moving and always giving and receiving. How will you serve, how will you receive today?

Remember, your journey as your vibration is unique. Celebrate all of it, no matter how small. Each step you take is a brushstroke unveiling the masterpiece of your purposeful life.

Unlocking your deep intuitive listening is a sacred invitation to live authentically. By embracing awareness, cultivating stillness, nourishing your energy, deeply listening, trusting, and living through joy, you create a luminous magnetic path forward. If you are ready to deepen this journey, I encourage you to explore more ways to magnetize your light and let your brilliance shine unapologetically.

May your light illuminate the world around you, one gentle step at a time.
