Refund Policy

At Magnetize Your Light, I want every client to feel supported and satisfied with their experience. My refund and rescheduling policy is as follows:

Readings and Coaching Sessions

• If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule at no cost.

• If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, your payment will be applied to the new appointment.

• If you are completely unsatisfied with your reading, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your session.​

Workshops and Programs

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of a workshop or program are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start may be credited toward a future workshop or program.

• Once a workshop or program has begun, no refunds are available.​

Digital and Physical Products (Journals, Courses, Recordings, Meditations, Workbooks)

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Physical items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the product.

Exceptional Circumstances.

I understand that life happens. Refunds or credits beyond the terms above may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
